Sparring techniques are simple training exercises designed to get the practitioner used to punching/kicking combos in a combat situation. This group is required for promotion from Rank 1 to Rank 2.

As written this is double downward elbows. In real life this could also be a double downward forearm blocks or double downward backfists.
